Based on your criteria we will conduct a traditional search
and evaluation within the employed candidates market. Upon completion (typically
within two weeks), you will receive a “blind” (blocked name and contact
details) resumes of our top candidates, including assessment of experience and
skills, motivation behind the desire to move on, relocation guidelines and
salary expectations.
All
applicants are individually screened, either by phone or in-person and ranked for background to
job specifications compatibility, based on the following parameters:
- Pattern of career development
- Technical competency (as applicable)
- Position related accomplishments in last three
positions
- Problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Team development, motivation and leadership
abilities
- Character and value system
- Cultural/personality fit
- Location preferences
- Salary expectations
- Motivation to seek new employment
Following
review, you will have to make a decision who to contact directly. Once you
qualify a candidate, hers/his details will be released to you and we’re due a
search and evaluation fee of $1,485.00 per qualified candidate. Those who you
reviewed yet didn’t qualify to be directly contacted by you, don’t carry any
charges. No other fees at hire. All candidates receive all services for free.
We
provide an unconditional guarantee that if after interviewing an accepted
candidate, you find a discrepancy between what we presented and what you find
out, we will provide a new replacement candidate at no cost or your money back.
From prior
experience working with other employers, it takes about 3 to 5 qualified
candidates to make a hiring decision.
